Fees & rebates
Our One-on-one online psychology session fee is:
A$195.00
This fee is guided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) Schedule of Recommended Fees.
If you have a referral from your GP or Mental Health Care Plan you will receive a rebate of A$93.35 which equates to a gap fee of A$101.65.
Please note we do not offer bulk billing.
Medicare Rebate
To be eligible to receive the Medicare rebate you need to:

Once the GP determines your eligible, they will prepare a Mental Health Care Plan and provide you with a referral.

Visit a GP or psychiatrist who will assess you against certain criteria.

Contact us, provide your referral and schedule in your session.
Good to know!
If eligible, you could receive rebates for up to 10 face-to-face or telehealth sessions per calendar year.
Referrals are usually for a maximum of 6 sessions, so you will be required to return to your GP for further referrals or reviews after the 6th and 10th consultations.
Further to these individual sessions, you are also entitled to receive rebates for 10 support group sessions per calendar year.
