Patience!
Patience is something that we struggle with every day 💆🏻♀️ Do you think it’s hard to be patient?
We are currently living in a world where we want everything ready and done NOW 🖐🏻 We have forgotten that most things take time ⏰ Even simple things like cooking a meal 🍝cleaning the house🏠 or painting a wall 🎨
Anything that we want to achieve or any change that we want to accomplish will take time, and probably a lot! 😐 SO we can’t only focus our thoughts in the final goal👆🏻We need to appreciate and live each step and understand that it requires loads and loads of patience to reach our most wanted dreams!🌟
With Mental Health is exactly the same 💛🧠 If we want to feel and be better we have to know that there is a process to go through that requires time and effort💪🏻
Unfortunately, there is no magic pill 💊 to fix our problems, worries or issues 🌪 But this is why psychotherapy exists! 🙌🏻So we can have someone to guide us during our self-discovery process and to support us when that patience is running down 🏃🏻♀️
